MANAGER
Controlled all aspects of
provision from central bulk store and for feeding in 39
locations. Supervised and controlled £3m per annum

1989-90 MIDDLE MANAGER
Writing the statement of
requirements and co-ordination of £10.75m long term contracts,
the putting out to tender
and letting of £0.75m short term contracts.
1985-89 AREA MANAGER
Controlled all aspects of
provision, accounting from a bulk issue store and for feeding in
29 locations. Supervision and control of £2m per annum
contracts. Administration of
80 staff. Organised, planned and fed 15000 public on
Open Days.

1981-85 TRAVELLING INSTRUCTOR
Advisory Service in all
aspects of catering in 60-80 locations.
Monitoring food
production and hygiene
standards. Instructor and coordinator of
courses for cooks

1976-81 SITE MANAGER
Managed the catering
operation for 4 locations ranging from hotel style facilities for 250
to cafeteria feeding for up
to 2000, 3 meals per day. Control and
direction of
manpower, provisions and account
in excess of £900000 per annum.
Planning and carrying out
of Banquets, Formal Dinners including Royal Visits and VIPs.
Supervision of all aspects
of food production, hygiene and food safety procedures.
